1. Services

Outrankr.io provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Editorial Link Building
  • Guest Posting Placements
  • Digital PR Campaigns
  • Link Profile Audits
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads Management

All services are delivered as described in the agreed proposal or package.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. No Guaranteed Rankings

While we focus on securing high-authority backlinks and improving organic visibility, Outrankr.io does not guarantee:

  • Editorial Link Building
  • Specific keyword rankings
  • Traffic increases
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Search engine algorithm stability

Search engine results are influenced by multiple external factors beyond our control.

3. Placement Policy

All backlink placements are earned through editorial outreach.

  • We do not use PBNs or spam networks.
  • We aim for DR60+ placements (or as specified in your package).
  • Minimum traffic thresholds are defined in your agreement.

If a link is removed within 90 days due to publisher changes, we will make reasonable efforts to replace it.

We are not responsible for link removals caused by:

  • Website ownership changes
  • Publisher policy updates
  • Search engine penalties
  • Client-requested anchor modifications

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before campaign execution unless otherwise agreed.
  • All fees are non-refundable once outreach or placement work has begun.
  • Subscription packages renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Late payments may delay service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Approve content within reasonable timeframes
  • Avoid engaging in black-hat SEO tactics during the campaign
  • Not dispute completed work that meets agreed specifications

Failure to cooperate may impact results and timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Outrankr.io remains our property until full payment is received.

Upon payment:

  • Clients own the content created for their campaigns.
  • Outrankr.io may reference completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outrankr.io shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Revenue loss
  • Algorithm updates
  • Third-party website changes
  • Platform suspensions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances must be paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed work.
  • Ongoing campaigns will be paused immediately.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
